With more than two decades of expertise as a fighter pilot, engineer and human factors expert, Larry Carr continues to provide adept care. Mr. Carr is a systems engineer at NTVI Enterprises Limited where he provides invaluable advice in program development and systems integration. His daily responsibilities include, managing the business development center of independent experts and marketing the company to the Air Force and defense departments. He also liaises with the scientific advisory board.
He attributes his success to his persistence and passion for his job. In five years, Mr. Carr hopes to support various clients to solidify their enterprise, and mentor others.
He earned a Master of Arts in applied behavioral science and human factors from Wright State University and a diploma in national security management from Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Mr. Carr is a certified systems engineer by the International Council on Systems Engineering and certified in human systems integration by the Naval Postgraduate School.
He is affiliated with various associations, including the International Council on Systems Engineering, and the Air Force Association. Mr. Carr has received several awards, including the Air Force Association Engineer of the Year Award.
Away from work he volunteers with his local church and Boy Scouts of America, and enjoys, playing golf and fly fishing.
